Fearne Cotton for Very Spring/Summer 2013 at Claridge's

On Thursday I was lucky enough to attend Fearne Cotton's Spring/Summer 2013 collection for Very at Claridge's on behalf of Motilo. It was a fun yet elegant affair as we waited in the bustling ballroom lobby where cocktails and miniature cupcakes were passed around and Michael Jackson/disco classics pumped from the DJ box. Lights were dim and the smell of roses wafted about the room amongst mini glass tables adorned with candles, which too hung from pink rose bushes below ginormous crystal chandeliers.

It was particularly busy and there was a constant queue for the bar. On the prospect of not being able to reach the bar, one woman's response was, "There's just no hope!" as more an more people and celebrities arrived, including Davina McCall, Brix Smith-Start, Professor Green, Sharleen Spiteri, Radio 1 presenter Gemma Cairney, TV chef Gizzi Erskine, the oh so handsome gold Olympic medallist Greg Rutherford, the dapper Reggie Yates and TV presenter Amanda Byram.

The collection, modelled by those including The Model Agency's Leomie Anderson and Leah Wood was made up of pretty floral prints, bright graphic loose layers, bold pattern and sheer pleated chiffon layering. My favourite pieces were the cream 60s inspired double breasted A-line coat, neon pink side panel cropped black trousers and cute yellow heart jumper. Sheer necklines, ruffled asymmetric hems, casual additions, with an emphasis on print, colour and the waist combined, formed a wearable, feminine and overall beautiful collection. The backdrop of blooming trees of white roses and large glass mirrors not only suited the collection entirely but made the most of a large rectangle catwalk space and the playlist included Forever by Haim.

When the show came to an end, Cotton was handed flowers and humbly thanked editors and Very for "letting her do this (the show)" which was followed by huge applause. People clearly adore her; I'm also a huge fan of hers. She is absolutely beautiful in person and looked stunning pregnant wearing a simple long sheer black dress that she said she "squeezed into" and which exposed her back tattoos. She accompanied the pretty dress with nude block heels and 60s beehive; a style she suits perfectly. I wish her well with her baby and of course, a well constructed line of clothing.

I honestly don't think there is much of an explanation necessary as to why I have chosen this fantastic image. I literally stared at the screen for 10 minutes at the strength of Kloss' face, those high cheekbones and her svelte figure in those amazing glossy cropped trousers. It was one of the best looks from the collection and is such a great look for Kloss; it fits her like a glove. The boots are sky high, leather and uber sexy, the aesthetic polished, sophisticated and the model, stunning and one of best in her field.

Top 5 Looks from New York, Milan and Paris

For the second Sunday in a row I have been having a thorough look at the Autumn/Winter '12 collections and picking out my favourite looks from all fashion weeks. To choose just five looks from each was, I must say, so difficult but I eventually narrowed it down to just 15 looks, 5 each from New York, Milan and Paris.

Carven was absolutely gorgeous- I adored the retro aesthetic, laser cut detailing and A-line mini dresses. Balmain was amazing- the skinny fit trousers, jacket and skirt combos and embellished jackets were all favourite pieces of mine and the overall cool, effortless uber stylish feel to the collection did it for me. Alberta Ferretti's collection was beautiful and again, so hard to choose just one look. The decision lied in the lace. I loved Peter Som's sheer, feminine peplum dresses, would happily wear any piece from Victoria Beckham's sister collection and Oscar de la Renta, although refined, was a lot of fun.

My favourite looks from LFW

Choosing your favourite looks from such an amazing variety of collections is possibly one of the hardest things a person with an extreme love of fashion and design can do. I have done just that, meticulously skimming through each of the best, most exciting and personally most successful collections shown at London Fashion Week this season, to create a list of my favourite looks.

Some collections were simply let down on accessories- fur hats wouldn't be first on my list to be teamed with a gorgeous fitted dress a la Temperley and the clumpiness of the mustard boots at Matthew Williamson, you couldn't help but feel were letting down the overall finish of most looks. They are however, not omitted- they were nonetheless, fantastic collections.

I continually love Erdem and Jonathan Saunders. It's the mixture of colours, design technique/concept and overall femininity that I adore from both designers.

It was unbearable to pick just one look from Marios Schwab- his collection this season has been hyped and excessively adored; it was absolutely breathtaking, completely beautiful and oozed feminine, glamorous sexiness. Yes, all of those things.

Paul Smith shone once again with the most wonderful tailored jackets, gorgeous staples and workwear I would covet for a lifetime.

Burberry literally gave me goosebumps. I loved the cute animal jumpers and the rain drenched finale. Who says umbrellas indoors is bad luck?

And Topshop Unique, which I liked for the first time this season, surprised me with embellished mini dresses, platform stiletto ankle boots and the most gorgeous selection of outerwear.

That said, I love each and every one of these looks, resonating once again, that London really is the creative hub for fashion with the freshest ideas and which is why it is so profusely celebrated twice a year.

So there you go, here's my mini round up of London. I will be continue to post my picks from all fashion weeks, Chanel for example, which I am tremendously excited about.
